Customer Success: The New Way to Win at Business
Yamini Rangan, HubSpot’s Chief Customer Officer, will present a keynote followed by a discussion led by HubSpot Academy’s Courtney Sembler
February 26th, 2020 (Novato, CA) – Taking place March 17th and hosted by Alaniz Marketing, the San Francisco HubSpot User Group will feature Yamini Rangan HubSpot’s new Chief Customer Officer as well as HubSpot Academy Manager Courtney Sembler.
Attendees will learn how customer-centric flywheel strategies are shaking up the business landscape and opening new opportunities for implementers. Yamini’s keynote will discuss why HubSpot decided to implement a customer-centric approach and how they’re able to unify marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create a 360˚ view of the customer. Courtney will then lead a discussion on how to build a strategy using examples from HubSpot’s customer service tools. There will also be time allocated to Q&A and networking.
“Most marketers focus their attention on generating net-new business, but often times overlook the greatest gold mine of them all,” says Alaniz partner, Andrew Erickson. “That gold mine is the long-term and sustainable revenue driven by recurring business, referrals, and brand advocacy. Businesses should focus as much of their attention on retaining current customers and reactivating former customers as they do with new business.”
HubSpot User Groups (HUGs) are free, in-person quarterly meetups that are open to all HubSpot users. HUGs are typically hosted by a local HubSpot Agency Partner and are designed to help local businesses and local HubSpot users with strategy and software support. Each meetup tackles a marketing, sales, or services related theme and is presented by a HubSpot specialist or industry expert.
The event will take place on March 17th, 2020 from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the WeWork Waterfront Plaza on 50-60 Francisco Street in Downtown San Francisco. Registration begins at 8:30. The space is limited to 100 attendees and an RSVP is required as a full house is expected.
