Administrative Assistant

Alaniz Marketing is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Novato.

Duties include:

– Bookkeeping: quickbooks, data entry, file organization, invoicing, collections, payroll, payments
– Reception: answer phones, routing calls, greeting visitors
– Errands: business supplies and meal pickup
– Executive Assistant: Assist agency principals with personal / professional needs

Training is provided. Quickbooks experience is a big plus, but not required.

Must be extremely detail oriented and organized. A positive, can-do attitude is a must.
