Alaniz is a fast growing digital marketing agency located in Marin County. We have a tight-knit team of marketing professionals and we have big plans for where we want to take our agency.

We currently have a couple of spots in our Account Executive Training Program and we’re looking for just the right candidates to fill them. This is a paid training program that will lead to a permanent spot on our team as an Associate Account Executive.

About The Account Executive Training Program

The Alaniz training program is intense. It is a 3-month structured program where you will be drinking through the fire hose, learning everything you can to become an effective account executive and secure your spot on the team. If you love learning, don’t mind going over and above the call of duty, and you want to take your career to the next level, this program is for you.

Inbound Marketing Certification – Learn the latest in digital strategy.
Hubspot Certification – Learn how to use Hubspot marketing automation platform.
Agency Certification – Learn how an agency runs – sales, marketing, operations, finance.
Inbound Sales Certification – Learn the art of modern selling and a framework you can apply.

Get Your Hands Dirty – There’s no better way to learn. Work in the CRM. Research and build new prospect lists. Investigate leads. Make connect calls. Send emails. Attend events.

Ongoing Personal Development – Be prepared to follow top sales and marketing blogs, watch training webinars, videos, read and listen to audio books.

Requirements

Drive – Strong intrinsic drive for ongoing learning with ability to demonstrate through coursework, reading, and certifications, including self development outside of work hours.

Fast Learner – Ability to gain understanding and apply complex concepts quickly.

Coachable – Introspective, open, and seeks feedback. Driven to improve both process results.

Curious – Naturally inquisitive. Ask questions to gain understanding. Good listener.

Consultative – Ability to uncover business problems

Positive – Can-do attitude. Fun to work with and a great team member. Business savvy. Analytical. Adaptable. Strong writer.

Experience – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Power user of technology. Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
