As much as we link to think that it would be nice to know it all, it only makes sense to consult the incredible resources and experiece of channel marketing masters to keep on top of our game. Here are a few of the essential resources we follow for channel marketing expertise.

  • Channelmarketerreport.com – This site includes some solid blogs from in-the-field channel marketing leaders. Start with the Channel News then dive into the Topics drop down for some insightful and specific content
  • No one has channel marketing and channel management mastered that way the Chanimal.com has done it. Ted Finch and his team have put together a powerful library of how-to lists, worksheets, planning tools and more for each aspect of the channel. The site doesn’t appear to be updated recently but don’t let that deter you from mining this epic resource.
  • SearchITChannel from TechTarget.com is home to many blogs and articles that address life in the channel. They have the most up to date and volumnus collection although it skews too much to enterprise size business for my taste.
  • No marketing directory would be complete without a mention of MarketingProfs. This media and advertising site has a steady flow of infographics, articles and advertisements. They bill themseleves as Real-World Education for Modern Marketers. In order to access much of their content you’ll have to set up a free account.
