True confession time. . . I prefer my mobile email to have not images (OK, maybe one) and I leave images turned off in my desktop email software.But it appears that I am in the minority and need to change how we design emails.

According to HubSpot, 65% of people prefer emails with mostly images rather than text, and 88% opt for HTML emails over plain text. These statistics make how to design an email a hot topic indeed!

Experienced marketers know that crafting the perfect email is part art and part science. Of course you have to have a great subject line, good copywriting, messaging, call-to-action, list segmentation and targeting, and you have to worry about mobile email design, and now you need to think about images!
